Pricing & Time

Time is one of the most precious commodities. Diversified tries to maximize our client's time as well as our inspector's time. The average inspection should take approximately one hour per 1,000 sq. ft., depending on the age, condition, and configuration of the home. The average inspection takes approximately 2 hours. To insure the best possible results, Diversified prefers to have the client show up at the latter part of the inspection process when the inspection is close to being finished or completed. The inspector can then turn his full attention to the client. It has been our experience that this technique will benefit everybody's schedule. We at Diversified enjoy meeting our clients and want to take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Diversified welcomes you to stay during the entire inspection process if you choose.

• Diversified is a locally owned and operated inspection service; no 1-800 call centers or answering services. We at Diversified encourage any and all questions regarding the inspection process.
• Please feel free to call us for all of your questions, concerns, and a price quote. Pool, spa, mold sampling and surveying are also available. We offer our services 7 days a week at no extra charge for the weekends.
• Please note, the average price of an inspection can be a wide range depending on the inspection company that you call.
• Remember, you get what you pay for, so when shopping for an inspection service we suggest doing research and understand what you are getting for your money.
