What a Diversified Inspection Is

Diversified acknowledges that there is a minimum standard for a home inspection set forth By Nevada State Law. These laws parallel with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standard of Practices and Code of Ethics. Diversified's objective is to meet and exceed these standards with every inspection to produce a high quality report with the most in-depth information and findings possible for our clients.

Diversified wants you to realize that our in-depth coverage may be limited to accessibility if the house is occupied, as we are limited by state law to move furniture and occupants' belongings. However, our trained inspectors will fully document every aspect of findings and adhere to the laws and guidelines by the State of Nevada.

If the house is vacant, Diversified inspectors still adhere to the Nevada State Law and limitations, but are able to fully test every aspect of the home giving the client the most in-depth inspection report findings.

• Diversified does the most comprehensive, visual inspection and complete thorough diagnostic testing which includes testing the HVAC, mechanical and plumbing components, and recommending typical and regular maintenance as well as certain upgrades for safety enhancement.
• Every outlet that is accessible is tested for correct wiring as well as GFI and AFCI protection as well as the testing of all smoke detectors.
• The attic area is also entered and evaluated, which includes information on the type of framing, the insulation that is used, the amount of ventilation that is present, and any information on apparent damage and/or leaking that may have occurred.
• Every Diversified report includes digital photos of areas and/or components of the home that are not seen on a regular basis (attic, roof, HVAC system, etc.), allowing the client to see these areas that are not readily accessible.
