Diversified Home Inspection Services is owned and operated by an inspector that is state certified, licensed, bonded, fully insured, and a member of Southern Nevada Association of Professional Property Inspectors, SNAPPI.

Your inspector, Dwayne Rowe, has been a resident of Las Vegas for 20 years. He has an extensive construction background consisting of masonry, roofing, and heavy equipment – building home and property foundation pads.

To become a home inspector, Dwayne attended Community College of Southern Nevada’s Inspector of Structures course, 60 hours of residential, general and master training. The course was followed by a certified exam administered by the state.

Dwayne has also attended and been educationally certified by ITA, Inspection Training Associates located in Oceanside, California. ITA is an inspector school and author of the “Matrix Deluxe”, the report used by Diversified for the inspections.

He continually attends classes and seminars in the home inspection field, presented by ITA.
Dwayne has completed the National HERO’s Rating Certification Course. The course consisted of 40 hours classroom instruction and 10 hours of field training, followed by a rater certification exam.
